Fan Qin works as Protocol Officer at Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office in China. She studied Master of Public Administration (MPA) at The University of Nottingham in 2013-14, funded by Chevening Scholarships, the UK government’s global scholarship programme for outstanding scholars with leadership potential.
