Title: Using breast cancer tissue in research
Abstract: Over the past 40 years, researchers in the Nottingham Breast Cancer Research Centre have used breast cancer tissue kindly donated by local patients for medical research. This public lecture explores some of the ways in which we have used this tissue to advance our understanding of breast cancer and improve personalised treatment for patients.
