The University of Nottingham won the RHS Best Environment Exhibit Award at the 100th Chelsea Flower Show for its stand highlighting the challenges of global food security. In the words of Alan Titchmarsh: "Gardening isn't just about weeding and mowing and getting wet in winter. It is about research and making sure we have enough to eat."
