One of the most decorated athletes in the sport, alumnus Tim Brabants made history at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games by winning Great Britain’s first ever gold medal in canoeing. In a career spanning over 15 years, Tim won European, World and Olympic titles and compete at four consecutive Olympic Games. University of Nottingham Sport were delighted to induct Dr Brabants into our brand new Hall of Fame in May 2017.
