What can be done to support leaders in role and avert a succession crisis?

A survey of almost 1,500 school leaders carried out in the summer term 2021 found that two in five leaders plan to leave the profession during the next five years, often as a result of the additional pressures caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This seminar shared further findings from the research and discussed what can be done to support leaders in role and avert a succession crisis.
