The University of Nottingham is home to almost 700 technicians supporting student education and research across faculties and disciplines. Sam Murray plays a vital role in the Faculty of Engineering, supporting student experience and research activities.
To recognise the role of technicians within the university, we spoke to technicians about their roles. We want to see technical skills, roles and careers recognised and aspired to, as part of our Vision for Technical Talent and Technician Commitment pledge.
